Quick access via the A1 and links to the main roads of Greater Lisbon. Free on-site parking with 50 spaces.
Getting here by public transport
On foot: about 25 min / 2 km from Alverca station.
Taxi: 4-6 min.
Bus: Line 2301 (Circular Alverca) 5-8 min; alternatives 2303 (Arcena) or 2532 (Loures).

Can I bring minors?
At weekends until 5 pm, Level welcomes all ages. At all other times, the venue is for adults only. Each game keeps its own age, height and supervision rules.
What are the BattleKart rules?
Minimum age 10 and minimum height 1.45 m. Under 12s need an adult present for the whole session. Maximum weight 114 kg; pregnant women cannot take part.
And at Bomb Squad?
Minimum age 7. Under 15s play with an adult, unless at least one team member is 15 or over. Taking photos or filming inside the rooms is not allowed.
Does Gamer have a minimum age?
There is no strict minimum age. It is recommended from around 140 cm tall and for fluent readers, usually from age 11.
What about The Level Wall?
There is no age or height limit. The three main games are Angry Birds, football and dance. Level's opening hours rule for minors still applies.
Is there parking?
Yes. There are 50 free spaces on site.
Can I eat at Level?
Yes. Level Lounge has a bar, food and games. For groups, dinner menus are available on booking.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes. For adults, you can combine Levels and Level Lounge. For ages 7 to 17 there are Junior Parties with their own formats on weekend mornings.
What if I arrive late?
Arriving 15 minutes or more after your booked time may invalidate the booking, with no refund or change. Arrive early so you have time to check in.
