Collection and Management of Personal Data on the Website
The way in which we collect and process your personal data on this website depends on the nature of your interaction with us and on the purpose associated with each specific situation.
Contact Request
The data you provide to us when filling in the contact form(s) on the website is treated as confidential and is used only to process the request you sent us.
The length of time for which personal data is stored and kept varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. As a rule we delete or anonymise all personal information within 180 days of sending our final reply.
The data you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties.
Sending newsletters
On our website you have the option of registering to receive our newsletter. If you have consented to receiving our newsletter, we use your email address and possibly your name to send information about our brand's products, promotions and news
You may withdraw your consent to receiving the newsletter at any time through your customer area (where applicable) or by clicking the link to the unsubscribe page that we include at the end of every newsletter. Withdrawal results in the deletion of the user data collected.
We may occasionally use external processors contracted to send the newsletter; these will be contractually bound by Article 28 of the GDPR. We rule out the possibility of any wider transmission to third parties.
Access logs
When you access our website through the browser used on your device, the following data is automatically sent to the web server and stored in our database, without any action on your part:
- the IP address of the device accessing the internet;
- the date and time of access;
- the browser used and possibly the operating system (User Agent).
We collect this information to carry out security and system stability analyses, as well as to ensure that the connection to the website works without difficulty.
As a matter of principle, we rule out the possibility of transmitting this data to third parties.
Google Analytics
In order to develop satisfying user experiences and to continuously optimise our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service belonging to Google Inc. In this context, anonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used. In this process the cookie generates the following information about your use of our web page:

- Referrer (the page visited immediately before),
- host name of the computer accessing the site (IP address),

The information collected is used to analyse the use of our website. IP addresses are anonymised so that they cannot be attributed to individuals. The reports produced on the basis of Google Analytics therefore contain no personal reference.

Remarketing
We use Google remarketing tools to present our online offering tailored to you across Google services (for example in search, on YouTube, etc.). In this process, information about your browsing behaviour is collected in anonymised form and stored in cookie text files, to then be analysed by an algorithm. With remarketing measures, we aim to ensure that the only advertising we show you on your devices is geared to your interests.

The cookies used for remarketing purposes and the information they contain are kept for a period of 120 days, after which they are automatically deleted by the Google service.
Changes to the privacy policy
We may amend the information set out in our Privacy Policy whenever we consider it appropriate.
